1. The service
Stylopia is a virtual dressing room: you build a model from our library, dress it in garments from our catalogue or ones you design, and get an AI-produced image of how the outfit looks. Results are AI-generated approximations — they can misjudge fit, colour, pose, or detail, and are not a substitute for actually trying on a garment. We do not guarantee any particular result, availability, or response time.
2. Who may use it
You must be old enough in your country to accept these terms on your own behalf. Sign-in is optional for the core app but required for some features; see the Privacy Policy for what a Google sign-in stores.
3. Acceptable use
The app does not accept photographs of you or anyone else — see the Privacy Policy for what that limit covers, and that it may be lifted later, in which case this section is revisited first. Within what the app does let you do:
- Do not use the design or alteration feature to request content depicting a real, identifiable person — yourself or anyone else — in a sexual, intimate, or otherwise non-consensual context. This matches, and is at least as strict as, the acceptable-use policies of the providers the service relies on.
- Do not request content that sexualises or exploits minors, or that is otherwise illegal where you live.
- Do not use the service to impersonate someone, or to create content intended to mislead or defame.
- Do not attempt to use the service, your account, or a shared invite to reach or reconstruct another person's private photos or data.
We may refuse or discontinue a request, or suspend access, if we reasonably believe it violates this section. If a future update lets you add your own photos, additional terms about ownership and consent will apply, and you will be asked to accept them before that feature is turned on for you.
4. Sharing with other people
You can share a model or look you made with people you choose, through the app's own Circle. Sharing is always your own choice, one item at a time — nothing is shared because you signed in, and nothing is public by default.
- Only models and looks the service made can be shared. This is enforced on our servers, not only in the app.
- A shared item is stored on our servers for as long as it stays shared, so the people you chose can open it. Every request for it is checked against who you chose.
- Stopping a share removes it from our servers and no one can open it again. Someone who already opened it may still have a copy on their own device. We cannot reach or delete that copy, and you should not share anything on the assumption that you can take it back.
- What you make with someone else's shared model or look is visible to them. If you build on something another person shared with you, the result is shown back to that person.
- A look built on someone else's model is not yours to redistribute here. The app will not let you share it on. Your device's own sharing tools are outside the app and are your own responsibility, along with anything you send that way.
- You are responsible for what you share and with whom. Do not use sharing to harass anyone. We may remove shared content and suspend access under section 8.
5. Free credits and usage limits
The app may grant free usage credits (for example, on sign-up or on a recurring schedule). These are offered at our discretion, may change in amount or frequency, and may be limited, delayed, or withheld — including to prevent abuse such as creating multiple accounts to collect extra credits. Credits have no cash value and are not a purchase.
6. No warranty
The app and service are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated result will meet your expectations. Third-party image providers occasionally decline a request (for example, a safety filter false positive) — this is outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or service, or for the accuracy of an AI-generated result. This is an individually-operated project, not a company.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete it. We may suspend or terminate your access — including revoking a signed-in session — if we believe these terms have been violated.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms; material changes are also reflected in the app's in-app privacy briefing.
